Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your VDM pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure all hygiene liners and tags remain intact to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
